Go Solar - Best Deal in Spain
Your own Home Solar Electric Power System.
No-one in Spain can beat our price for home solar electric power systems or solar PV panels. Now you can install solar power to your home in Spain and never pay electricity bills again! With today's solar power systems it couldn't be simpler. All you need is some solar panels, a solar charge controller, a solar inverter and some deep cycle batteries. Point the solar panels at the sun. The solar panels send direct electric current (DC) to the charge controller. The charge controller decides how much DC current to store in the deep cycle solar batteries and how much should go to the inverter. The inverter transforms the DC current into AC (normal, as in mains electric current). Job done!
That’s not an over simplification – using today’s technology and incredibly sophisticated solar equipment - it is the way it works!

Solar Inverter/charger. For an average house installation with all normal domestic appliances, washing machine, fridge TV computer, lights etc. a 3kw inverter is required. We believe that the Outback VFX30 inverter/charger is the best for a 3KW installation. For a larger installation of 4kw upwards we recommend a Xantrex XW40. Powersine inverters are excellent for smaller installations.
-
Solar Charge Controller. The Outback FM60 MPPT charge controller, the Outback FM80 MPPT charge controller and Xantrex XWMPPT60-150 are far and away the best available for these solar systems. The MPPT (multi power point tracking) system enables optimum efficiency of the system. Smaller charge controllers do not have the MPPT system their main function is to protect the battery from overcharging.

Deep cycle lead acid batteries. Solar batteries are designed to discharge up to 80% of their storage capacity (deep cycle) and recharge reliably on a continuous basis. Monoblock 12 volt batteries are most commonly used for very small systems and battery blocks of six or more for larger systems. 6 x 2 volt batteries make up a 12 volt battery block
